Digital Download Policy (No Refunds)
All digital products (eBooks, journals, templates, and printables) are non-refundable and non-returnable once accessed or downloaded. Due to the instant-delivery nature of these files, all sales are final.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, please contact us at support@trutai.com for resolution.
Print-on-Demand (POD) Products
All print-on-demand (POD) products are custom-made to order and production typically begins within 24 hours of purchase.
Because each item is made specifically for you, cancellations or refunds cannot be accepted once production has started.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact support@trutai.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will coordinate directly with our manufacturing partner to resolve the issue.
If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault, a replacement or equivalent resolution will be provided at no cost to you.
Please note: refunds or exchanges are not available for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selections, or color variations due to screen display differences.
Conditions for Returns (Physical Goods Only)
In order for physical goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 30 days.
The goods are in the original packaging.
The following goods cannot be returned:
Personalized or custom-made items.
Goods unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons once unsealed.
Items mixed inseparably with other goods after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us unless the product is defective.
Return address and authorization must be confirmed by email before sending.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
Use a trackable, insured shipping service for your protection.
